So I went to Little Tokyo in L.A. with a whole bunch of friends and came across this poster. I should've taken a picture of the whole poster, but basically, it's a Hello Kitty Prom Dress design contest.

The winner will have their dress on the limited edition Hello Kitty prom merchandise.
