Follow Up Review and Satomin make-up

I thought it would be a good idea to do a follow up review of two of the make-up products I'm using. 

First, I'm going to do a follow up review on 

The Milani Infinite Liquid Eye Liner I bought maybe two months ago or so.

Recently, whenever I take it out to use it, the consistency has been clumpy, coagulated, and thick. I like to take my time with applying my liners, and usually, it doesn't affect the liner when I keep it opened. 

However, I think it affects this liner, because since the day I've bought it, it has become thicker and stickier. Kind of makes me sad (*゜―゜) I really like the way it stays on (as well as how painstakingly difficult it is to remove). 

Well, I bought it for what? 7 or 8 bucks? Although there are resemblances to M.A.C's Liquidlast Liner, it's still not going to beat it. You get what you pay for, haha.

Second, I want to re-review the Melliesh Honey Apricot Gloss I bought

Recently, something that I've been noticing with this one is that the top layer of the gloss doesn't stay on for too long. I will usually have to reapply after every two or three hours to get that nice liquid shine (which I tend to LOVE). It's still great with moisturizing after long hours.

So today, I've been trying out Satomin's make-up style. I love her make-up!! It's very sweet, with pink lips, cheeks, and round eyes. I really like the round dolly eye effect she has, and I realized that (in my case) it has a lot to do with the placement of the lashes around the eyes.

I hope you've all been having a good week so far. I've been so bogged down by midterms, homework, and recital preparations, hahaha. So hopefully, things will settle down after this month.

Melliesh Lip Gloss & Spring Heart Brow Pencil Review

Hello loves, this is Mei~ ❤

Wow yeah, school is taking over my life (*゜―゜) I apologize for the lack of updates. And I'm honestly not too sure what Rina's been up to (б.б) 

Anyways, waaay happy be-lated Chinese New Year (＞∇＜；) hope everyone had good food and plenty of hong bao, hahaha. 

Well, this past week I went to Marukai and found these two pretty things:

Melliesh Lip Gloss in Honey Apricot 「ハニーアプリコット」

And Spring Heart in Light Brown 「ライトブラウン」

The Melliesh Lip Gloss is actually pretty similar to the Super Quick Gloss that I did a review on earlier. Consistency, texture, coverage. 

The difference with the Melliesh Lip Gloss is that for some reason, it's very very reflective. So yeah, SHINY LIPS!~ The color is very very pretty, I love it. 

The Spring Heart Brow Pencil is actually the first brow pencil I've ever owned. But the color is actually a lot lighter than I thought it would be, which was great because I thought this color was actually going to be too dark. 

It goes on smoothly and blends well too. I've actually used this to contour my nose and I think it works pretty well. 

Pictures below show me using both products.

Terrible lighting, but you can see the reflective qualities of the gloss and you can also see how the brow pencil can also be used to contour. It blends well (･w･)
