So for some of you who are following Momoeri's blog - you guys may have seen her post about the More Noel iPod/iPhone app:

As you guys can see it's similar to a purikura app in that you get the pretty bokeh effect and the stars. 

☆ Pros: 

† My favorite part of this app is that it really brightens the pictures like in the purikura booths! 

So it's like a purikura booth... OUTSIDE OF A PURIKURA BOOTH!! Like woah~

† Another thing I really like about the app is the way that the effects look. They don't look sticky, pasted, and ugly. They're very pretty and shiny looking ヽ(´―｀)ノ

† It's free!

☆ Cons: 

† There are only two effects you have in the app. The sparkle and the bokeh. It would have been nice if they added more into the app. But it's a free app, so I'm happy with it.

† I wish we had more control of the contrasts and brightening.

Each effect has three different degrees - going from lightest and most subtle to brightest and more dramatic.

As you guys can see it works better with pictures that have more contrast in them. Overall, I love this app, it's simple, fast, and the results are cute!　ъ(｀―^)

Soo I've always been on the look out for a cute program or whatnot to decorate my photos like those in the purikura booths. The stamps, borders, eeevverything is so cuute! So I was browsing itunes apps and came upon this cute little app:

It's so cute isn't it?!! Soo I went ahead and bought it. You can find it here for $0.99.

☆There are four categories:☆

Frames

Flowers and Hearts

Glitter

Pen

Frames: There are 12 different borders to go around the picture. All of them are really pretty!

Flowers and Hearts: There are 12 flowers and 9 hearts to choose from. The flowers are alright, but I do like some of the hearts

Glitter: There are 18 glitter stamps. Some have rhinestones and pearls, some are just standalone glitter stamps. These are gorgeous

Pen: Disappointingly, there are only 6 different pen options.

I'm overall pretty happy with the app considering it's only a 'lite' version. I'm not sure when the 'full' version will be coming out - but we'd better be able to update to the full version if we had previously bought the app. Otherwise I'm going to throw a little fit. No, not really.

I really wish the app had more features though. It would be really nice if we are able to shrink, enlarge, and rotate the stamps. Unfortunately right now, the stamps are pretty stationary. There's not too much you can do with it other than place it in the photo. Another thing that would be nice to add would be more pens. There are only six options and they're not that great. It would be nice to have pens with the soft outer glow.

Lastly, it would be nice to have a feature that allows us to change the lighting in the picture. Brightness, contrast, color tinting - it would all be nice.

Hopefully they'll release a full version with more features!

Anyways, I'm working on making a Valentine's day tutorial!~ Maybe three 「I know this sounds crazy, but I want to give it a shot」

I'm going to go for a Girly, Rock Romantic, and Classy Valentine's Day look.
